Returns and Refunds

Tytoview refund policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by after receipt of your purchased item, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Any damage caused by misuse, accident, general wear and tear of the item, or any other unforeseen circumstances is not covered by our refund policy.

You can return a purchased item and receive a full refund from Tytoview, if the item is unused, is in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging.

To apply for a refund or exchange you first need to notify Tytoview within 7 days from receipt of the item through the contact webpage on our website or our email tytoview@gmail.com. Include a brief explanation of any faults and if applicable a clear photo or photos at a medium distance showing the item condition.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded.

We accept no responsibility or liability for the incorrect purchase of any of our products. Product images are for illustration purposes only. The products purchased may have some variations in color or appearance. The products may also show deviations from the written technical specifications, dimensions or other characteristics.

Refund procedure 
Once the item is returned, received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved for full or partial refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note that even though instructions have been given to the bank for refund it may take some time before it is processed and officially posted by the bank. If a reasonable amount of time has passed without a refund then communicate with us to enquire on the situation. 

Sale items
For sales items the refund amount will be less or equivalent to the price during the sale.

Exchanges
We only replace an item if it is confirmed to be defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tytoview@gmail.com within 7 days and send your item to our address.

Shipping
To return your product for a refund or exchange, you should mail your product to: Tytoview, 1st floor, Jacovides Tower, 81-83 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1090 Nicosia , Cyprus. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refunded amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
