Any assembly of parts of  products supplied by www.tytoview.com website must be according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. The radio controlled products must be correctly paired to their respective radio transmitter and then calibrated before use by following the manufacturer instructions. Tytoview, its personnel and third parties are under no liability for any loss or damage or accident and is not obliged to offer any separate information in writing, verbal communication, video footage or any other communication.

It is your responsibility to purchase and use correct spare parts for replacement of damaged parts. Use the manuals and instructions provided to replace the parts (propellers, electric motors, digital hardware, cameras, chassis parts and others) in their correct arrangement and position. Particular attention must be taken to replace propellers, motors and their securing nuts with the correct versions. We do not accept liability for any damage or accident caused by incorrect assembly.

It is your responsibility to correctly and safely charge, use and store the Lithium batteries or any other type of battery that may be provided. We do not accept liability for any damage or accident caused by the batteries supplied. 

We recommend that you abide to the age minimum for use of the product as marked on the box. We do not accept liability for any accident or damage caused by minors or persons of restricted or removed legal capacity.
